Email Sequence-r Terms & Conditions
The Purpose of these Terms & Conditions is to define the terms of use of Email Sequence-r. Please read these Terms & Conditions (These “Terms) carefully, as they constitute the legal and binding agreement between Jeddio Technologies Limited (“Sequence-r”, “we”, “us”) and any user (i) of the www.sequence-r.com platform (the “User”). By accessing www.sequence-r.com and its related domains (together referred to as “Site”), downloading, or using any services available on www.sequence-r.com (including all related documentation, updates and upgrades), you accept and agree to the Terms. Please also read our privacy policy to learn how we collect and use information.
Who we are:
Sequence-r and associated Services are offered and developed by Jeddio Technologies, a Limited company registered in England and Wales under registration number 1512523. Any specific conditions negotiated and agreed in writing between Jeddio Technologies and the User shall prevail over these Terms & Conditions.
1. License Grant. The Email Sequence-r Services are owned by Jeddio Technologies and are licensed, not sold, to you. We grant to you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license (without the right to sublicense) to access and use the Site and to access and use the Email Sequence-r Services subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms. You acknowledge that the source code for the Email Sequence-r Services and other trade secrets embodied in the Email Sequence-r Services have not been and will not be licensed or otherwise disclosed to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are exclusive to Jeddio Limited.
2. Use of Email Sequence-r Services.
2.1 Creating an account: Unless you are visiting only the public areas of the Site, you are required to register and create an account to use the Email Sequence-r Services (“Account”). You agree that you will maintain and update your account information to ensure it is up-to-date, complete and accurate and that we have the right to terminate your Account and use of the Service if you provide false, incomplete or inaccurate information.
2.2 Responsibilities of the Users: You are responsible for providing the equipment and tools that are required to get access and use the email sequence-r Services. We do not guarantee that the Services are accessible on any particular equipment or device or with any particular software or service plan (including email accounts).
You are responsible for all activities that occur through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. Please do not share your Account with any other person.
The Users are responsible for the content of the Emails sent to their contact lists. The User may be held liable for non-compliance with local or international regulations. We decline any responsibility for the violation of laws by the Users.
The User will protect Sequence-r against any damages, or any claim resulting from a breach, by the User of these Terms
2.3 Prohibited use: The use of Email Sequence-r is strictly for your internal business purpose and may not be rented or transferred without prior written authorisation. The user is responsible for any activities that occur within, through or as a result of the email sequence-r Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you guarantee that you will use the Services in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; and accept all responsibility for unlawful use.
Sequence-r Services shall not be used by any person under the age of majority in your place of residence or otherwise not fully able and competent to agree to these Terms.
Any use of the Services that may damage, disable or overload our infrastructure or network is prohibited.
Any attempt to access, without authorisation, the Services, any other accounts or any is prohibited and may result in legal action from us. Similarly, any attempt to reproduce or modify our IP, including but not restricted to code, systems, documents etc. represent a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Responsibilities of Sequence-r: Except for the cases of force majeure, or cases that are reasonably outside of our control, Sequence-r ensures the proper performance of the Services in accordance with these Terms.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Email Sequence-r Services available to you 24 hours per day, seven days a week, excluding scheduled maintenance time, unavailability caused by you or any software, hardware or service not provided by us, unscheduled downtime and/or any cause beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation nature disasters, wars, terrorist act, civil disturbances, acts of any government or agency thereof, strikes or other labour problems, Internet service or other third-party service providers’ failures or delays and systemic electrical, telecommunications or other utility outages or failures).
2.5 Software problems and malfunctions: Despite our team’s efforts to proactively address issues that could impact platform usability and performance, occasional errors may lead to service unavailability or malfunction.
2.6 Limitations and consequences: Email Sequence-r Services are subject to other limitations, such as limits on the amount of email sent as specified by your email provider.
Sequence-r declines any responsibilities for bad practices that may result in your email account being penalised in any way. This includes but is not limited to your account or domains being black-listed or blocked by your email provider. For this reason, we encourage you to make yourself familiar with emailing good practices and also the terms and conditions of your email provider.
Email Sequence-r also declines any responsibility for the loss of business resulting from the use of the Services.
3. Users’ content.
You are solely responsible for the content of the emails, including images or attachments (“Content”) you send via our Services. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the right to use and transmit the information you decide to send. For the performance of the Services, you grant Sequence-r an international, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid and perpetual license to use, reproduce, transmit and adapt the Content.
4. Users’ data and contact lists.
You are solely responsible for the data you upload to the platform. As such, you are responsible for making sure the data is correct and that you have the right to use it. You are also responsible for managing your data – this includes making sure you delete unwanted data or data you are no longer allowed to use.
5. Payments.
Email Sequence-r is offered as a paid monthly or annual subscription (SaaS). Payment is collected in advance of the subscription period.
You are solely responsible for any taxes and duties in connection with the payments by any authority.
5.1 Free trial: you are required to fill up your payment details; at the end of the trial period and unless you cancel, you will automatically be enrolled on the selected subscription and charged the related fee.
Email Sequence-r does not store, process or transmit any of your credit card data but relies entirely on Stripe, Inc. to handle these functions. Payments due for the Paid Email Sequence-r Services are subject to the terms of the online order process at https://stripe.com/terms. If you do not agree to Stripe’s terms, then please do not sign up for the Paid Email Sequence-r Service.
5.2 Plans: Your paid Sequence-r plan will not be activated until your first payment is received. Monthly fees are automatically charged to the credit card that you provided when you registered. To cancel the Paid Email Sequence-r Service, simply go to your settings/billing and cancel there.
If payment in full of any amount owed to Email Sequence-r under these Terms is not received by Email Sequence-r within 15 days, Email Sequence-r will terminate your account and delete all your data without notice.
We reserve the right to change our plans at the end of each billing period or with thirty (30) days notice.
6. Warranties.
We guarantee that we have validly entered into these Terms and have the legal rights to do so. You guarantee that you have validly entered into these Terms and have the legal right to do so on behalf of your organisation.
7. Limitation of Liability.
Without prejudice to the express indemnities in these Terms, Sequence-r’s liability to you or any third party will be limited as follows:
- We will not be liable for any:
- loss of profits, income, or anticipated savings.
- loss or corruption of any data, database, or software.
- loss of any commercial opportunity.
- indirect or consequential loss or damage.
- We will not be liable for any losses arising out of a Force Majeure Event.
In the event of the liability of Sequence-r with respect to any incident, the amount which could be claimed by you in the form of damages may not exceed the total sums already paid by you during the last twelve months preceding the incident.
8. Intellectual property.
The Email Sequence-r Services, including the design of the platform, content and other material are deemed protected by copyright, irrespective of whether copyright is asserted or not. You acknowledge and agree that Email Sequence-r owns all rights, titles and interests in and to the Email Sequence-r Services (including without limitation any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, show-how, know-how and all other intellectual property rights therein or related thereto) and you agree not to take any action(s) inconsistent with such ownership interests. You do not acquire any rights or licenses under any of Email Sequence-r’s copyrights, patents, patent applications, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or other intellectual property rights on account of these Terms.
9. Modifications to the Terms.
We may modify our Terms from time to time. You can at any time consult the latest version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the modified terms were published implies your acceptance of the latest Terms.
10. Suspension and termination.
Without prejudice to these Terms, Sequence-r may in its sole discretion terminate or suspend your user account without notice or any reason. We also reserve the right to discontinue all or part of the Service.

Upon termination of your agreement with us, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
11. Dispute resolution.
Any dispute between the parties relating to the existence, validity, interpretation, execution and termination of this Agreement (or any of its clauses), which the parties cannot amicably resolve between themselves, will be subject to British laws.
12. Severability.
In the event any provision or part of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Terms, will be inoperative.
